These terms describe the basic conditions for using the Calma AI public website and, where access is provided, the authenticated platform. Calma AI is based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
By using the Calma website or an authorized Calma account, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you use Calma for a school or organization, you also represent that you are authorized to do so.
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping authentication details private, and using only the roles and permissions assigned to them. Do not share credentials or attempt to access information outside your authorized workspace.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use Calma to violate the rights or safety of others.
Calma wellbeing tools are not emergency services, professional medical care, or a substitute for qualified safeguarding and support procedures.
Users and participating organizations remain responsible for the information they submit and for having the appropriate rights and permissions to use it. You authorize Calma to process that information only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.
Calma may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the platform useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain unchanged.
The Calma website, product interfaces, brand assets, and software are owned by Calma or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms and any applicable organization agreement.
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, school data, or third parties, or when these terms are violated. Organizations may also manage access to accounts they control.
We may update these terms as Calma evolves. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Calma is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized use, inaccurate information, or systems outside its control.
